1. Use of this website
The content of this website is for general information about our company, fleet and services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or error free. Crane specifications and capacities shown are indicative; the suitable crane for any lift is confirmed in writing when we quote.
2. Quotations and orders
- Enquiries made through this website, email, telephone or WhatsApp do not form a contract. A contract is formed only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it, or when a rental agreement or purchase order is signed.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are based on the information you provide about the load, site and duration.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Crane rental
- Cranes are supplied with a competent operator. The customer is responsible for providing safe site access, suitable ground conditions, a clear working area and accurate load information.
- Lifting plans prepared by Pertama Crane are based on information supplied by the customer. Changes to the load, radius or site conditions must be notified before the lift.
- Rental periods, standby, overtime, transport, permits and cancellation charges are set out in the rental agreement or quotation.
- All work is carried out in accordance with Malaysian occupational safety and health requirements.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pertama Crane is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road closures or site conditions. Liability for our services is as set out in the applicable rental agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The Pertama Crane name, logo, photographs and text on this website belong to Pertama Crane & Engineering Sdn Bhd or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them without our written consent.
6. Privacy
Personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law
